In our humble opinion, flatbread over pizza, any day! We know that may sound blasphemous, but stick with us. First of all, the golden, crispy crust is a veritable blank canvas. It’s not beholden to simply marinara and mozz! In fact, ours got a little wacky (in the best way possible). It's topped with tangy-sweet BBQ chicken, mozzarella, white cheddar, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Basically, everything you want to eat. Can your ’za do that?! Yeah, we didn’t think so.

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

Prep
1

• Place a baking sheet on top rack (two baking sheets on top and middle racks for 4 servings) and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Core, deseed, and dice green pepper into ½-inch pieces.

Cook Chicken & Green Pepper
2

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels. • Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and green pepper; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until chicken is browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes. • Stir in BBQ sauce, then remove pan from heat.

Toast Flatbreads
3

• Meanwhile, drizzle both sides of each flatbread with olive oil; brush or rub to coat all over. Season with salt and pepper. Carefully place flatbreads on preheated sheet. (For 4 servings, divide flatbreads between two preheated sheets. Toast on top and middle racks, swapping rack positions halfway through toasting.) • Toast on top rack until golden brown and crisp, 3-4 minutes.

Finish & Serve
4

• Evenly top toasted flatbreads with BBQ chicken mixture, mozzarella, and cheddar. • Return to oven until cheese melts, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and slice each flatbread into quarters. • Divide flatbreads between plates. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve.

Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.

Surprisingly tasty and the flatbread was really nice - crisp but soft on inside. BBQ sauce made nice sweet flavor and peppers gave taste but not too much spice. Overall pleasantly surprised with how simple this was and how good it was. Wish portion size was larger or maybe came with a salad for dinner portion. We had for lunch.

I clearly didn't read the "double cheese" bit - I should have left some off. I used ranch on the first flatbread but skipped it on the second - it was just all too much. TASTED great though!

These BBQ Ranch Chicken Flatbreads were sooo delicious!! When I took them out of the oven, they actually looked exactly like you pictured them. I stir fried the pepper first separate from the chicken. I added the bbq sauce to the chicken only. I placed the chicken on the flatbread then covered it with the cheese then placed the pepper on top of the cheese. Also, I never use as much salt as specified in the recipes.

If we had to pick a favorite flatbread recipe this is it!! Liked mixing the BBQ sauce with the chicken which made it taste better than spreading the flatbread with the sauce and putting the chicken on top.

Was worried this may have lacked some flavor due to the minimal ingredients in the recipe but not at all! The barbecue sauce with the ranch was amazing! Really loved this flatbread!

Not nearly enough BBQ sauce or cheeses for both servings. I used half the chicken but all the sauce and cheese on just 1 flatbread. I also have followed the directions and pre baked the crusts but they just turn out super hard and difficult to eat. This time without pre baking it was actually perfect. I can replace the used up ingredients to make the second flatbread.

One of the best flatbreads offered. You don't even miss regular tomato sauce. The BBQ and ranch is just perfect.

My husband and I loved them! Just the two of us ate them, as the kids didn't eat with us, but a very delicious BBQ chicken ranch flatbread lunch! Hit the spot while we watched a movie on TV.

I wasn't super crazy about the BBQ sauce provided - I can be a little picky about BBQ sauce so that's more on personal preference than anything else. I thought this one was a little too vinegar-y. I cut it by mixing some of the ranch in with the sauce itself and thought it tasted pretty good! I also added some diced onion to the pepper and chicken mix; in my opinion, you can't have BBQ pizza without red onion. I've no other complaints - the flatbreads were a nice size and got nicely crispy in the oven.
