Baby Carrots
2.25 ounce
Mike’s Hot Honey®
3.5 ounce
Garlic Herb Butter
(Contains: Milk)
1 teaspoon
Cooking Oil
Salt
Pepper
Set aside 2 TBSP garlic herb butter to soften to room temperature.
Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss carrots on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast carrots on top rack 18-22 minutes, or until softened.
Remove baking sheet from oven. Toss carrots with softened garlic herb butter and hot honey to taste.
Recipe Suggestion (Additional ingredients not included.): Chop equal parts chives and parsley. Toss your sweet-and-savory glazed carrots with the herbs, softened garlic herb butter, and hot honey to taste.
Air fryed the carrots, tossed in the garlic herb butter and then the hot honey! These were DELICIOUS! Would buy weekly, as they were easy (air fryed) and super good. Definitely keep these around!
I'm not that into super hot so I didn't use all of the hot honey. Turned out really well.
The carrots tasted dirty even after washing and baking thoroughly. The butter and honey were such an amazing combination. With better carrots, this would be delicious.
I think it should have been sliced carrots. They were just too big.
Probably didn't flavor enough because I wanted to only use half so I could use another night
