• Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. • In oven-ready tray, combine cream sauce base, marinara, peas, garlic powder, 1⁄4 cup water, and 1⁄4 tsp salt. (For 4 servings, divide ingredients between two trays, using 1⁄4 cup water and 1⁄4 tsp salt for each tray.) • Add tortelloni; stir to combine (for 4, divide tortelloni between two trays). Evenly sprinkle with Italian cheese blend.

• Coat one side of a piece of aluminum foil (two pieces of aluminum foil for 4 servings) with nonstick cooking spray. Cover tray tightly with foil, coated side down. • Bake on middle rack until tortelloni are al dente and cheese has melted, 25-30 minutes. (For 4, bake two trays side by side on middle rack.)

• While tortelloni bake, in a small bowl, combine panko, 1 TBSP olive oil, 1⁄4 tsp salt, and pepper (2 TBSP olive oil and 1⁄2 tsp salt for 4 servings). • Once tortelloni are done baking, remove from oven. Heat broiler to high. Carefully remove and discard foil from tray (watch out for steam!). • Evenly top tortelloni bake with seasoned panko. Return tray to middle rack and broil until panko is golden brown and crispy, 2-3 minutes.

• Divide tortelloni bake between shallow bowls and serve.
I was super happy with this meal. I order for 4 people so my meal came with 2 aluminum trays and the ingredients were perfectly separated to make it easy to construct each tray. If I were to order this meal again, which I probably will, I will put all the ingredients in a larger glass cooking container and put it in the oven. I also felt like I was eating healthy since it had peas in it! If you don't like peas you could definitely leave those out. It would also be good with fresh diced tomatoes sprinkled in. I made this a day ahead of time and put it in the microwave the next day and it was still great. I just add a little water into the dish, heat it in the microwave, take it out and give it a stir to make it nice and creamy again. The kids didn't like the peas. Next time, I may puree the peas and stir it in to the creamy mixture!
The torts are amazing, and the peas are so easy to eat with them (good way to incorporate a veggie). But maybe too cheesy? Add more marinara to the sauce to cut the cheesiness a bit? It could definitely be a personal taste preference though.
The portions were better than expected! The baking tray that was included was a gracious enough size to fit some additional ingredients out of the pantry. Very satisfied 👍
Nice tasting but could've used more sauce. The marinara/cream sauce seemed to be absorbed by the tortelloni so it was a bit dry. The aluminum pan seemed unnecessary; could've used a regular 9x9 baking pan.
Love that it came with a tray, making clean up as easy as the meal prep. Delicious too.
The tortellini was delicious and the panko and cheese topping made it all the better. We added blackened shrimp to have some protein with it.
Some protein would have elevated this. Maybe some crispy pancetta or prosciutto. We felt it needed more salt and thus added some grated Parmesan on top at serving.
I really love these fast and simple tray-bake recipes! They are so easy and taste great too. I love that I can just add everything to the included tray then pop it in the oven.
This is one of our favorites. Baked was really amazing and the sauce is simple and really good. One of the easiest meals to make so far too.
Very good, rich and cheesy, tasted great. I would like air fryer instructions. Instead of paying to heat my large oven, I prefer the air fryer and have to guess at the times.
