This virtuous-yet-indulgent bowl transforms stubborn greens into the crunchiest, most crave-worthy salad. Peppery radishes, juicy grape tomatoes, and crunchy cukes adorn tenderized kale in a tangy Dijon dressing. You'll top the salad with juicy slices of seared chicken breast and a shower of sliced almonds and everything bagel seasoning.

Wash and dry produce.
Remove and discard any large stems from kale; chop into bite-size pieces. Trim and thinly slice radishes into rounds. Halve tomatoes lengthwise. Trim and thinly slice cucumber into rounds.

Pat chicken* dry with paper towels; place between two large pieces of plastic wrap. Pound with a mallet or heavy-bottomed pan until chicken is about ¼ inch thick. Season all over with salt and pepper.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes per side.
Turn off heat; transfer to a cutting board.

In a small bowl, combine Italian dressing, mustard, and 1 TBSP water (2 TBSP for 4).

To bowl with kale, add radishes, tomatoes, cucumber, and as much dressing as you like. Toss until evenly coated.
Slice chicken crosswise.
Divide kale salad between bowls and top with almonds and chicken. Sprinkle with remaining Everything Bagel Seasoning and serve.
Super easy to make, would like to have more flavor since the everything bagel seasoning only partially comes out. Love the low calorie and simple to make meal. The sauce could have had more punch. Love the kale. It was good and simple, but did not love the dressing. Tasty but not memorable.
This is a very simple recipe and lack luster recipe. I cut the radishes and cucumbers in half moons rather than rounds to give more taste in each bite versus just looking pretty. This recipe is over priced and pretty ordinary compared to others you offer.
The cucumbers and radishes were too bitter! And there was too much kale. My family doesn't really like kale, but I had to try the recipe because I was intrigued by the everything bagel seasoning. We didn't find that the seasoning really enhanced the dish.
Kale was not as tender as previous recipes even after massaging with oil. Flavor of the overall salad not as tasty as most recipes. Maybe the Everything Bagel seasoning just didn't do it.
I massaged that kale so long but it was still tough.
I took this to a family dinner and everyone loved it
The kale could use another lettuce to blend with it
