Cooking Steps

Cook Noodles
1
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  • Once water is boiling, add noodles to pot. Cook until tender, 1-2 minutes.

  • Drain and rinse thoroughly under cold water, at least 30 seconds. (You’ll finish the noodles in Step 3.)

Prep & Cook Shrimp
2
  • Wash and dry produce.

  • Trim and thinly slice scallions. Drain and rinse shrimp*; pat dry with paper towels.

  • Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, edamame, and half the scallions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until shrimp are opaque and cooked through, 4-6 minutes.

Finish Noodles
3
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add drained noodles and stir-fry sauce to pan with shrimp and stir. Cook, stirring, until sauce is warmed through, 10-20 seconds. Turn off heat.

  • Stir in coleslaw mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Finish & Serve
4
  • Crush peanuts in their bag.

  • Divide stir-fry between bowls. Garnish with peanuts, sesame seeds, wonton strips, and remaining scallions. Serve.
