Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid.
Heat sesame oil in a medium pan (large pan for 4 servings) over medium-high heat. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes.

While chicken cooks, empty contents of salad kit into a large bowl. Drizzle with as much dressing as you like; toss to combine.

Once chicken is done, add sesame ginger crunch to pan and stir to combine.
Turn off heat. Add orange sauce and stir to coat chicken. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, 30–60 seconds.
Gently crush peanuts in their bag.
Divide tortillas between plates. Fill with orange sesame chicken and top with as much salad as you like. Drizzle with Sriracha and sprinkle with peanuts. Serve with any remaining salad on the side.
