Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice baguette crosswise into eight rounds. Spread slices out on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toast on the top rack until golden brown, 5-10 minutes.
Using a butter knife, break grand cru into chunks and place on a serving board or plate. Separate coppa, salami, and prosciutto; arrange in sections on board or plate with cheese.
Serve cheese and charcuterie with crostini and fig jam.
There wasn't enough bread for how much meat there was. We added a lot to make a proper tray, but for the price, one can't really expect all the things. Main issue was not enough bread. The meat quality was great and the grand cru was yummy. The fig spread.... I could take it or leave it.
Love this board. Grand Cru is so delicious, and the combination with salty cured meats and sweet fig jam is perfect
Brought to dinner as an appetizer everyone loved it. Quality of the meats was very good and fig jam added that little extra boost.
It was tasty, but more fig jam and more baguettes would have been better.
My 12 year old LOVES that day every other week we break out this board. She devours it as fast as I can try to just get a bite in.
Not a problem with the bundle itself, but adding an apple really completed it. I think it's lacking something without a fruit.
Could use an extra Baguette for all the meat and cheese but other than that 10 out of 10
Nice, simple and made a great light late night dinner for my wife and I.
I add salt, pepper and italian seasoning to the baguette. Too plain without.
It was the perfect snack for Easter day right before Easter dinner
