
Broccoli is as versatile as it is delicious. Bulk up your HelloFresh meal with this side bundle and serve cheesy roasted broccoli as an added, quick side. All you have to do is sprinkle this 4 Cheese Mexican Blend on top of your broccoli. We especially love it alongside chicken, salmon, and pork chops, but feel free to get creative with any meal.

Sargento® 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded
(Contains: Milk)

Cooking Oil
Salt
Pepper
Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Wash and dry produce. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
Toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of cooking oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast on middle rack until lightly browned and crisp, 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
In the last 1-2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle broccoli with Mexican cheese blend and continue roasting until cheese has melted.
Recipe Suggestion: In step 3, toss broccoli with oil, salt, pepper, and Southwest Spice.
I made your shrimp with the broccoli and cheese. Topped it with crunchy fried panko crumbs. Pretty darn good idea I had to pair them up!

Didn't even use the cheese, broccoli was great roasted by itself.
A little dry so I added a splash of almond milk and 4 Oz of cream cheese and made it creamy. Excellent with those additions
Actually ate the broccoli and cheese separately in our meal plan- kids don't like cheese on broccoli! Go figure!
