
Craving a sweet and salty snack? You can whip up your own homemade chocolate bark in a snap. Simply melt semisweet chocolate chips, stir in crunchy hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, sweet goji berries, and raisins. Once cooled, break off a piece and let the snacking begin!

Finely chop together hazelnuts, pistachios, sliced almonds, and goji berry blend with raisins. Place semisweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small pot over medium-low heat. Cook 3-7 minutes, or until chocolate is melted and smooth, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and berry blend. Pour chocolate mixture onto a small lightly oiled, parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer, about ½ inch thick. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Refrigerate 10 minutes, or until hardened and cooled. Break chocolate bark into pieces. Enjoy! (Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.)
