The noodles are not a mushy mess and the flavor packet is pretty healthy as far as ramen goes. I really like them.
I was surprised how GOOD this was. I've only tried the miso but looking forward to the other flavor. And it made a huge portion, though I'd only eat half but it was too good! Lol
These are so good and easy to customize into your own ramen
These ramen kits were fast and easy for lunch and I like how the noodles seemed so much fresher than store bought ramen noodles.
The noodles were phenomenal. It wasn't clear if I was supposed to keep them refrigerated. I couldn't find it on the packaging. I liked the broth a good amount too. I wish there was less sodium in this but at least it doesn't taste like it has a ton of sodium.
This is not the ramen from your childhood. Not that there was anything wrong with that. But this is definitely a step up. You can taste the freshness and the quality. That's just nice.
Added ground pork, boc choy, scallion whites, spinach, onion, garlic, carrots, chicken broth, hosin sauce, soy, oyster & sesame oil. Topped with chopped scallion greens, cilantro & sesame seeds. YUM you should make a meal with this. Though I think you may have it - these noodles weren't called out. Real nice broth base & noodles.
My son loved it! It was very easy to prepare and he loves Ramen so it was a win for me! I added egg.
Very tasty each bowl ver much 2 small serving or a nice big one. Especially with and egg and other protein and veggies. Shoyu broth also very good at flavoring the egg for marinating eggs.
Not bad. I overcooked the noodles and they were still chewy. They'd be good mixed with veggies.
