Add another drizzle of oil to same pan over medium-high heat. Add pork; season with salt and pepper. Using a spatula, press into an even layer. Cook, without stirring, until browned on bottom, 3-4 minutes. Break up meat into pieces and continue cooking until pork is cooked through, 2-4 minutes. Stir in cooked veggies, then add sweet soy glaze, chili sauce, and 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4 servings). Cook, stirring, until mixture is thoroughly coated, 1-2 minutes more.

Finish and Serve

YES! YES!! YESSSSSS!!! I love, love, LOVE this one! Simple prep, easy cooking, and incredible flavor. The sweet & spicy sauce envelopes the pork and peppers completely, letting the rice play its role perfectly; balancing and taking on those flavors... and then the savory nut CRUNCH contrasts the soft sweetness in the most scrumptious way. (I substituted crushed cashews for the peanuts) I will order this one every time it's available.

This was amazing! I dont eat pork often but love sweet chili. I was a little hesistant, but tried it, because, why not? And oh my gosh i was blown away! The lime rice and flavors of the pork with the red pepper and the sweet peanuts. *chef's kiss* Perfection! And so simple to make. This one was added to my favorite recipes.

Geez, the only flavor in this whole bowl was sweet on sweet on sweet. Sweet peanuts with sweet peppers and sweet pork and sweet everything. My kid liked it but yikes. Let's maybe branch out into sour, spicy, bitter, or even just balanced flavors.

Absolutely delicious and perfect serving size for two people! Love the sweet chili and the lime together. Just wish there were a little more peanuts. We like onion so used 3/4 of the onion cooked in with the bell pepper and used the other 1/4 raw topped with the cilantro

This is one of our go to favourites. I love cooking with ground pork and the sweet chili taste is unique and not something I have been able to find at a restaurant or reproduce at home. So I love finding dishes that are a departure from what I would normally be able to make or order out.

Appreciate the technique to brown the ground pork first in one flat 'slab' , then break it up and continue to cook and add ingredients. Loved the sweetened peanut crunch, and the bell pepper (which I usually do not like) was very good!
