Adjust racks to middle and top positions and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Zest and quarter lime. Dice tomato into ¼-inch pieces. Trim and thinly slice scallions. Trim and discard root end from lettuce; dry leaves thoroughly and very thinly slice crosswise.

Place bacon* on a baking sheet. Roast on middle rack until crispy, 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Once cool enough to handle, roughly chop.
Meanwhile, open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid. Cut into bite-size pieces if necessary.
Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer; season with Fry Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Arrange tortilla chips on a second foil-lined baking sheet. Top with an even layer of cheddar. Bake on top rack until chips are warmed through and cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.

While chips bake, in a small bowl, combine lime zest, dressing, and juice from half the lime.
Remove chips from oven and evenly top with chicken and bacon. Sprinkle with tomato, scallions, and as much lettuce as you like. Drizzle with zesty ranch and as much hot sauce as you like. Dollop with guacamole. Serve directly from baking sheet with remaining lime wedges on the side.
Delicious, loved it. I wish the sauce was a sour cream/lime crema instead of ranch. But other than that, literally went together so well. I do wish there was an option to not get the bacon (I didn't use it because I don't get pork) but overall, dish and portions worked out really well.
Trying to time everything was difficult. The chicken got cold while waiting on the chips and cheese in the oven. I think it's better to assemble chicken and bacon on the chips, then top it with cheese, and THEN put it in the oven to melt the cheese. Then everything is warm together.
Never had chicken or bacon on nachos before and this was SO good!! I made mine as a taco salad vs nachos but the other 3 family members had them as directed and loved them too!! SO good 😊
These nachos were so good and so fun to make. I would never have thought to use bacon, but with the tomato and lettuce, they were amazing.
Super yummy, tasty, quick and easy. Also surprisingly filling for nachos but all the extras made it a full meal. Totally will make this again and again.
This was really good and hits the spot for nachos but this serving is way too small to be able to serve two people.
Tasty, but the portions were way off. One more bag of chips to split between 2 people would have been more appropriate w/ the amount of toppings. The chips almost get lost and it turns it into more of a taco salad. Which is fine, but this is billed as nachos.
Excellent meal- I warm the chicken bacon mixture and cheese separately then use the chips to eat it
It was really tasty. Maybe instead of ranch, I'd rather sour cream? But I liked it a lot. I did add a few more chips, though.
Didn't look like there was going to be enough food but turns out I was wrong. One of my fav meals.
