All hail this low-carb, quick-to-the-table lunch idea! It’s light, creamy, and full of texture, flavor, and crunch. You’ll dice up tender pre-cooked chicken and combine it with crispy croutons, Parm, and chopped lettuce, then dress it in a creamy, savory Caesar dressing and wrap it in baby romaine lettuce leaves. It’s a lunchtime coup the likes of which Brutus would be proud.

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

2

• In a large bowl, combine dressing, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.

3

• Stir chopped lettuce, chicken, and half the Parmesan into bowl with creamy dressing; toss to coat. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Review summary

Updated on Apr 2026
  • Flavor: Many loved the Caesar flavor, though some found it mild and suggested adding extra herbs or seasoning for deeper taste.
  • Ease of prep: Super quick and easy with precooked chicken — perfect for busy days and no cooking required! 🍲
  • Suggestions: Add cherry tomatoes, extra croutons, or lemon juice to brighten flavors; many prefer making it as a chopped salad instead.
  • Leftovers: Keeps well for next-day lunches, though some noted the texture gets softer after refrigeration.
  • Portions: Most found it surprisingly filling, though a few wanted extra protein or considered it more lunch-sized than dinner.

Outstanding for something so simple. My lettuce was as fresh as fresh can get, crispy and just so fresh. I loved the dressing. Wasn't overpowering but had great flavor. I'm not usually a fan of pre-cooked chicken but absolutely loved the chicken that was included for the wraps. Flavorful and tender. A beautiful light and refreshing wrap.

welll that was SLAMMIN! so good. i had some big tortillas on hand, so i chopped the lettuce and threw it all in a wrap. so delicious, as well as quick & easy to make! i was a little worried when I saw the pre-cooked chicken breast because I am very picky about meat and can't stand to chew on a fatty piece, also precooked packaged chicken can sometimes have a rubbery texture or weird taste, but these pre-cooked chicken breasts were AMAZING! They were well-trimmed and tasted like fresh chicken cooked at home. Love this recipe!

This was very good - I had initially eyeballed the croutons thinking that it was a scanty portion, but then when I saw they were crushed & added to the chicken mixture it all made sense and gave a great crunch. The baby lettuce was fine but honestly a Caesar receipe should use romaine, shouldn't it...?? But that's a minor nitpick. Also I added pencil asparagus to my lettuce cups before adding the chicken mixture, to ensure a decent vegetable serving. That's the only reason I rated this three stars instead of four, because it was super delicious aside from the skimpy veg. :)

All the lettuce wraps are fantastic. Easy to clean. Easy to cook. All tasty. This is consistently one of the best. Only problem is you never give enough dressing and we always have to add some of our own.

Good, but messy so I ended up just making them into a big Caesar salad but it made plenty. I had plenty of chicken left over so we had it for quite a while. The dressing was delicious and the chicken came pre-cooked. It was very tasty and tender.

I do not typically eat Caesar salads, and I was not expecting the flavorful wraps. Everything was fresh and crunchy. We both enjoyed this item a lot. Seems a little pricey though.

So good!! Super easy and fresh. Even my kids that don't eat vegetables ate these. Now, we order lettuce wraps weekly.

I'm not quite sure why you had to add mayo to the Caesar dressing, but I added a little (I'm not a fan of mayo, so I didn't add the full amount the recipe suggested). This ended up being DELICIOUS and the tiny head of romaine lettuce was adorable!

I'm not a big fan of chicken Caesar salad but this was a fun and easy way to prepare and eat it.

This meal was so quick and easy to prepare! Very yummy! My only complaint is that the lettuce leaves were rather small so not totally ideal for wraps.
