We’ve used garden fresh veggies and paired it with soft garlic bread for dunking. The best part? All you have to do is heat it up and grab a spoon! Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
RECOMMENDED: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place sealed bag in pot; cook for 20 minutes, then carefully remove. (Caution: Bag will be very hot.) Cut one corner with scissors and pour into a serving bowl. MICROWAVE ALTERNATIVE: Cut one corner of the bag; pour soup into a microwave-safe container. (Do not microwave in cup.) Cover loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap or a paper towel. Microwave on high, stirring halfway through, 5-6 minutes. (Caution: Container and soup will be very hot.)
Place garlic bread on a lightly-oiled baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Separate garlic bread into slices and serve.
Soup is 4 stars. Garlic bread needs a healthier oil- butter, olive oil, avocado oil would all be good. NO CANOLA oil. And it needs more garlic butter to be tastier.

The soup was so easy to prep and heat. It was very good but personally I didn't like some kind of pasta in my soup. That's just more the type of soup. The taste is great.

I am a huge fan of "OG " minestrone soup or any veggie soup. Bought this for easy make, healthy lunch at work. Amazing! Smells great and tastes better
Love the firm to almost crispy fresh veggies. If you want to cook them to mushy, you can. I don't because I like the fresh taste of less cooked vegetables.

I add some Italian seasoning and garlic to give it an extra flavor boost, but it's delicious and low calorie and so easy and healthy.
Great taste! I added some vegetarian protein crumbles which added to the flavor in a positive way and provided needed protein
This was FANTASTIC, but it absolutely wasn't 3-4 servings. It was enough for two bowls.
