Broccoli Cheddar Soup
(Contains: Milk, Wheat)
RECOMMENDED: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place bag in pot; cook for 20 minutes, then carefully remove. (Caution: Bag will be very hot.) Cut one corner with scissors and pour into a serving bowl.
MICROWAVE ALTERNATIVE: Cut one corner of the bag; pour soup into a microwave-safe container. (Do not microwave in cup.) Cover loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap or a paper towel. Microwave on high, stirring halfway through, 5-6 minutes. (Caution: Container and soup will be very hot.)
This is the best Broccoli Cheddar Soup I have ever put into my mouth! When heated, it was just the right thickness, and so smooth and creamy, with perfect chunks of broccoli! I wanted more and was searching online to find out where I could purchase more, or find different kinds. It was absolutely amazing, and filling. I didn't want it to end!
Very good flavorful soup. Good liquid density and just right creaminess and tasty seasonings. A little more broccoli would be nicer....add more vegetable colors and that would make the soup richer and more hunger filling. Just measure enough vegetable additions so that the vegetables do not overcrowd the good creaminess of the soup. Real good chef recipe!
I LOVE this soup but it does have a little kick to it that might be unexpected for a broccoli cheddar so be warned. That said, I'm not a spicy food person and I enjoy this soup very much.
This is one of the best broccoli cheese soups I've had. Followed the instructions and put the bag in boiling water, and it came out so nice and creamy. A great lunch or dinner.
Fantastic soup!! It was so creamy and flavorful. The cheesy sauce didn't overpower the flavor of broccoli in the soup. I like that there were actually chunks of broccoli in the soup. It was fabulous.!
I havee said it before and I will say it again. This is excellent. Nice and thick and with tons, and I mean tons, of broccoli. If you like your soup a little thinner just adds a little hot water in after you warm it up. And it still tastes rich if you do that. Today was the rainy day and it just fit in perfectly.
This was a good and simple option when you don't have a lot of time and you don't want a lot to clean up.
It's hard to find broccoli cheddar soup without citric acid, I'm allergic. This is a rare treat for me. Excellent flavor. I wish it was more blended and less chunky, though.
Was delicious but my only critique would be make it creamier it was a tad runny! Broccoli cheddar soup is usually creamy and sometimes has potatoes which help add more flavor depth.
The broccoli soup could use more pieces of broccoli. The garlic bread is very good and easy.
