So whip up a batch of these ultra-fudgy cookies with this handy-dandy baking kit—it has everything you need to make them from scratch. Waiting for them to cool is the hardest part! Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Kit
(Contains: Eggs, Wheat)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together white sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs until combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a dough forms. Roll dough into 16 1-inch balls. (If the dough is too sticky, refrigerate for a few minutes before rolling into balls.)
Place confectioners’ sugar in a small bowl. Working one dough ball at a time, roll balls in sugar until coated. Place on prepared baking sheet at least 2 inches apart.
Bake until cookies have spread and confectioners’ sugar appears cracked, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely (cookies will flatten as they cool).
Cookies are awesome, big hit at holiday party. Maybe a tip on the card to chill the dough though, because it was really sticky and frustrating. I chilled it a full night before the dough was workable. I know that probably isn't something you want to have to tell people, but just a tip about chilling would be helpful, because I was just going to throw it out, and I'm so glad I didn't because once I figured out what to do they were great!
Fantastic way to bake! All ingredients were pre-measured cutting down on dishes (measuring spoons/cups, etc.) and mess (e.g., ingredient spills). Definitely easier for trying to incorporate kids into the project. Quick and easy while still being homemade and fun. Our cookies turned out great! Please provide more baking kit options in the future! 😀🎉
My 8, 6, and 2 year old made these. They didn't follow the directions and just threw them all in whatever order. They mixed them. Made a big mess rolling them. And I baked them. They had a blast and ate them all! They rated them 10/10
These were a hit with the whole family! Like a hybrid brownie/cookie!
Loved these! They weren't easy but much better that I didn't have to shop the ingredients! Hope you have cookies more often!
