Cooking Steps

• Wash and dry produce.

• Trim and quarter cucumber lengthwise; cut crosswise into ½-inch-thick pieces. Halve tomatoes. Pick and roughly chop fronds from dill. Halve lemon. Halve pitas crosswise.
