CONVENTIONAL OVEN
AIR FRYER
I cooked these per the instructions, and found the crust to be kind of dry, and the filling was "meh." Felt like eating a big Hot Pocket, but dryer and with less flavor. My husband was more enthusiastic, but I don't think I'd get these again. For me to use the oven in the middle of summer to make dinner? Whatever I'm cooking better be GOOD! Not sure these were worth the time or dealing with the hot oven. I'm thinking kids would probably like them.
Super easy, threw mine in the air fryer and had for lunch for a few days. Was able to give some to my mom, she had an easy time cooking these as well.
Nice crust. Good cheese to tomato ratio. But the basil flavor was too faint. I added some fresh basil leaves from my herb garden and it was perfect.
Nice, quick, yummy lunch/dinner for when you're not starving, but want to eat soon, without a lot of effort needed.
Smaller than anticipated. Taste was okay, but texture was VERY soft and soggy
Crust was good but filling inside was not, tomatoes were too chunky, too much oregano
Including a marinara packet to dip these in would make these stellar.
The kiddos liked these. A bit dry for the adults, though. Not enough stuffing.
These were ok. They could use more flavor and maybe a meat option.
Seemed to taste like Chef Boyardee sauce. It was okay but not nearly as good as I'd thought it would be.
