This is a good, satisfying breakfast - I usually eat it at my desk at work. However, the ONLY way to prepare it is by pouring boiling water into the container and letting it steep. Microwaving it with the water makes it mushy and less pleasant. I tried it as overnight oats and could barely get through a few spoonfuls. Yuck. Cold goo.

Really good didn't fill me to much and was a great start to the morning, definitely had to put some brown sugar and a small amount of butter in it to bust the flavors.

Quick, easy, healthy. The only downside is there's not enough oatmeal. Once it's done there's only half a container.

I tried it as an overnight cup and that did not go well. However, it was good. I did add some pecans and cinnamon on the second try.
