Sweet Kale Salad Kit
(Contains: Eggs)
Keep pizza refrigerated until ready to bake. If product has been re-frozen, thaw in the refrigerator first. Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove and discard plastic film. Bake pizza on middle rack, 15-18 minutes. Let pizza stand at least 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
While pizza bakes, empty contents of salad kit into a large bowl. Drizzle with as much dressing as you like, then toss to evenly coat.
Serve pizza with salad on the side.
The kale salad was ok but feel like I could have gotten the same mix at Aldi for cheaper. Needed more dressing than was in the pack. The focaccia was spicy and the flecks of jalapeño really made the rest of the flavors seem bland. Needed more veggies on the focaccia. Maybe mushrooms or garlic.
I really liked the sweet of the kale salad paired with the savory of the pizza.
Serving sizes were a joke (this could feed one person, not two). Pizza could've used a bit more toppings (although the crust was very good). Other than that it was a good quick meal
I made this in the morning and brought it to work. I ate it cold and it was amazing! It was still super crunchy.
This is our Friday night pizza now when it appears on the weekly menu. My favorite flatbread. I wish it was offered more often. Delish!
Very generous portion of pizza and salad. Served three of us.
So quick and easy. A marinara cup for dipping would be nice
Amazing lunch item without the guilty feeling of buying take out.
A little on the spicy side and the cheese was more of a sauce than cheese, did not care for texture of it.
Liked the salad better than the pizza, but it was easy and good.
