If you’re serious about steak, you know that sirloin is top notch— juicy, tender, and umami-rich. This one features Middle Eastern-style style spices like paprika, turmeric, garlic, and sea salt. Use it to top fresh salads, fill homemade gyros, or pair it with our succulent shrimp for a surf-and-turf treat. A steak this good is a rare thing.

Middle Eastern Sirloin
Pat steak dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned on one side, 4-7 minutes. Flip and reduce heat to medium. Cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness, 4-7 minutes more.
Transfer to a cutting board to rest before slicing.
This picture is deceiving of the meat. Very tiny and completely different cuts which caused completely different cook times. It wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped.
Really delicious! If you know how to cook steak, they are perfect!
Very good. Had to add it to the tenderloin meal to have enough protein.
