Instructions

Start Pork
1

• Massage rice package to break up grains. Break broccoli florets into smaller pieces if needed.  • Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large, preferably nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until pork begins to lightly brown, 3 minutes (pork will finish cooking in the next step).

Cook Broccoli & Rice
2

• Add another drizzle of oil, broccoli, and rice to pan with pork and season with a big pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add 1⁄4 cup water and cover pan. Cook, covered and undisturbed, until broccoli is tender and rice is warmed through, 3-4 minutes.

Serve
3

• Remove pan from heat. Add ginger, garlic, and scallion paste to pan and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between bowls.

Ground Meat is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 160°.
