Ground Pork

Peanuts
(Contains: Peanuts)
3 teaspoon (tsp)
Cooking Oil
teaspoon (tsp)
Salt
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper

Massage rice package to break up grains. Break broccoli florets into smaller pieces if needed.
Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large, preferrably nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until pork begins to lightly brown, 3 minutes (pork will finish cooking in the next step).

Add another drizzle of oil, broccoli, and rice to pan with pork and season with a big pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add 1/4 cup water and cover pan. Cook, covered and undisturbed, until broccoli is tender and rice is warmed through, 3-4 minutes.

Remove pan from heat. Add ginger, garlic, and scallion paste to pan and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between bowls.
Such a quick easy meal. I made this up in just a few minutes and it was delicious.
Simple but tasty. Kids didn't like it, think the ginger flavor was too much. But I loved it.
I'm not a big ginger or broccoli fan, but this kicked ass. Loved the fact the veg was in pieces.
Surprisingly delicious!!! We added sriracha for a little extra and it was perfect! Will order again!
Really good! I added much more water than a quarter cup. I also added some garlic powder to add more flavor.
Please offer this again soon!! The whole family loved it
This was fast and easy to make, and I appreciate that a lot, but the pork and rice were just too dry and not enough flavor. Maybe doubling the ginger packer would help.
I loved how fast and easy this meal came together. I do wish it had stronger flavors. We barley got a whisper of ginger in the dish. Boosting the flavor would make this a great option.
The meal isn't bad, just a bit dry. I wish there was double the sauce. Also, when they send giant pieces of broccoli, it's not really no chop.
This would have been four stars because it was very easy & quick & relatively healthy, but the garlic/scallion/ginger paste did not make it "saucy" enough (and was too much ginger and not enough garlic/scallion for my taste, the Vidalia onion paste would've helped a LOT). It's something I can tweak though, so I might make this again.
