Omsom Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles
Proud, loud Asian flavors in 6 minutes or less! | 2 Servings
Started by two sisters (daughters of Vietnamese refugees), Omsom brings restaurant-quality Asian staples to your kitchen with a whole lot of flair. This savory dish, with its bold garlic and soy sauce flavors, is a nod to Chinese sizzling oil noodles. We’re talking Big Umami Energy. It’s even better topped with a fried egg or a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and/or sliced scallions (additional ingredients not included)!

These were decent, but not great. For just noodles and sauce, I wanted the flavor to be better. It wasn't as garlicky as I thought it might be and just didn't have a great flavor. I really had to add my own sauce to make it better.

Super easy and flavorful BUT they were spicy. It shouldn't be advertised as garlic soy noodles it should be spicy garlic soy noodles. Couldn't enjoy it as much as I would have.

I have had a mixed experience with Hello Fresh's ready- or almost-ready to eat meals, but this is one I would definitely order again--we had it with the pork and shiitake dumplings and it made for a nice, light meal!
