  1. Heat 1 TBSP cooking oil in a large pan over high heat. Add gyoza, flat sides down, and ⅓ cup water (be careful of splatter!); cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until water evaporates and bottoms are crispy, 5-6 minutes.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place spring rolls on a baking sheet in a single layer; bake, turning halfway through, until crispy, 18 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool 2 minutes.
