Our pork tenderloin is first marinated in olive oil, rosemary, garlic, and thyme, then it’s seared, oven roasted until perfectly juicy, and set atop a bed of creamy Parmesan wild rice. The pork is smothered in a rich chicken jus and served with roasted shredded Brussels sprouts and garlicky carrots.
