This cheesecake may be mini in size, but it sure is mighty in flavor. Yep, this creamy confection has rich mascarpone and salty caramel. It’s sweet, slightly tangy, and all around divine. When you want to dig in, all you have to do is let it come to room temp. Sayonara, springform pans and fussy water baths! (Psst—personal-sized means you don’t have to share.) Nutrient values are representative of 1 cake.

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Review summary

Updated on Sep 2026
  • Flavor: The salted caramel mascarpone filling is rich, creamy, and well-loved — some wished the caramel flavor came through more strongly, and a few found it a touch too sweet.
  • Suggestions: Top with fresh berries, a drizzle of caramel sauce, or whipped cream to add contrast and cut the richness. A thicker, crunchier crust would be a welcome upgrade for many.
  • Portions: One cheesecake is rich enough to share comfortably; some split a single cake into two servings for a lighter treat.

Viva! Fantastique! This Salted Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake is one of the real simple joy of life's wonders. Just right creamy texture and just right sweetness is something more beautiful to behold than just the small simple shape of the cake. I'm glad you met my expectation for fine cuisine taste....and I'm glad that I was not disappointed by waiting past the look of mere simpleness of the cake. Fit for formal festive occasions too...just surround the cake by party trims.

The Cheesecake Factory has NOTHING on these salted caramel mascarpone cheesecakes! These are my new favorites. I'll be adding these to other boxes

My favorite cheesecake. There is something that the mascarpone cheese does for this cheesecake. It lightens it up. I wish your other cheesecakes were made the same.

Nice change of flavor with the mascarpone, lighter and not too rich! Lovely and delightful dessert.

Wonderful cheesecake. Just the slightest hint of salt and not too sweet. Perfect final course for a Hispanic-themed meal.

I liked the idea of salted caramel cheesecake but this cheesecake didn't seem to have enough sugar or taste like cheesecake. It was probably the Mascarpone that I didn't like in the cheesecake, even though I like Mascarpone.

Good flavor and texture, but I struggled with this portion size (one cheesecake was more than I really wanted in one sitting, but not quite enough for two servings for me personally).
