What if we said you could get a classic steakhouse dinner on your table in just 15 minutes? Well, with a few clever tricks from our chefs, here’s how it’s going to go down: You’ll season and sear steak in a hot pan until it’s cooked just the way you like it. Meanwhile, the garlic bread is toasting to golden perfection. Then it’s back to the skillet for a speedy, velvety garlic-herb butter pan sauce. While the meat rests, you’ll drizzle a simple salad with blue cheese dressing, scatter with croutons and Parmesan cheese, and serve it all up—fast!

• Pat steak* dry and season all over with half the Steak Spice (all for 4), salt, and pepper. • Drizzle oil in a very hot pan; cook steak to desired doneness, 3-6 minutes per side. Turn off heat; transfer steak to a plate. Wipe out pan.

• While steak cooks, wash and dry produce. • Halve tomatoes. Trim and discard root end from lettuce; quarter lengthwise. Halve baguette lengthwise and toast until golden. • Spread toasted baguette with half the garlic herb butter; halve on a diagonal.

• Add ¼ cup water (1⁄3 cup for 4) and stock concentrate to hot pan used for steak. Cook, stirring, until thickened, 1-2 minutes. • Remove pan from heat; stir in sour cream and remaining garlic herb butter.

• Lightly crush croutons in bag. • Divide steak, lettuce, and garlic bread between plates. Top lettuce with dressing, cheese, tomatoes, and croutons. Spoon sauce over steak.
Steak is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 145°.
Delicious. I am not great at cooking steak but this time I got it right. :) Love this meal and will definitely reorder it again. Sauce was very good. If I had to add any personal comments...would be even better with a small cucumber included and the blue cheese dressing could be a little thicker/chunkier. But still an awesome meal!
Very good - nice, tender steak. Nice seasoning. The gravy was tasty. Love the wedge salad! Very fresh lettuce and tomato. Good herb butter for the bread. Loved this meal!
Loved the easy prep for this quick & delicious meal. The meat had a few chewy parts but for the most part cooked up well. Salad items were fresh & tasted very good with the dressing. A very enjoyable meal.
Steak had great seasoning and went very well with the fresh salad! Garlic bread was so yummy! The sauce was alright, not the best, but still good.
The pan sauce was delicious. I like my steak medium and that 3 minutes on each side was exactly the right cook.
Really liked the generous salad with just enough meat for a balanced meal. It was pretty easy to make. The Blue Cheese dressing tastes a little cheap to me. That's the only thing I didn't care for.
I was very impressed with the time it took to prepare this meal. It was tasty, but the size of steak could have been bigger for two people.
The pan sauce was INCREDIBLE. My husband and I really liked this meal but we both agree that there's too much salad and not enough of anything else. A smaller portion of salad, a little extra steak, and another side (potatoes or similar) would bump this meal to a 4 out of 4.
The steak had just a bit of heat between the rub and the sauce. The wedge salad, which was not what we expected, was made with romaine lettuce which we ended up chopping into a salad. We were not sure how romaine was considered for a wedge salad. Overall, it was very good even though it was not what we were expecting.
Not 1 complaint! Best steak i think i've ever had with that sauce! Everything was so good! Better than any steakhouse meal!
