Review summary

Updated on Feb 2026
  • Flavor: Some enjoyed the taste, while others found it bland or odd. Adding salt, lemon, or herbs could boost the flavor profile.
  • Ease of prep: Convenient for quick meals and on-the-go eating. Great for work lunches or picnics.
  • Suggestions: Try adding it to salads or serving in lettuce wraps for a fresher twist. Heating it up might improve the taste.
  • Texture: A few found it dry; consider mixing in a creamy element like avocado or a light dressing.

Almost tasty enough, just a little wonky. Maybe it's just a little dry and I need to find some sort of moist condiment to add to it. [E.g., like mayonnaise for an old-fashioned tuna sandwich; but I don't think straight mayo, to add upon preparing it, is quite it. Any ideas?]

What a fabulous idea -- combining tuna with chickpeas and spices in a can!! Travels extremely well. MORE of these ideas please!

This was odd.... A little oily for my taste but the flavor profile was nice and it was an easy thing to bring to work.

Tasted good but the ingredients should be healthier, ie avocado oil or olive oil. More organic

It's okay plain. But it's way better when you add it to a salad

A little to dry, but I added a bit of veganaise and had it on lettuce boats and it was really good!
