Our chefs gave pork chops a steak-like treatment: tender chops are coated in a bold and savory steak spice, seared, then drizzled with a creamy pan sauce. And like any great steakhouse-style meal, the sides are just as impressive. Roasted potatoes and lemony broccoli round everything out. Now all you need is someone to bring you a dessert menu!

• Adjust rack to top position (top and middle positions for 4 servings) and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Dice potatoes into ½-inch pieces. Cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces if necessary. Halve, peel, and mince half the onion (whole onion for 4). Zest and quarter lemon.

• Toss potatoes on one side of a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. (For 4 servings, spread potatoes out across entire sheet; roast on top rack for 20-25 minutes total.) • Roast on top rack for 5 minutes (you’ll add the broccoli then).

• Once potatoes have roasted 5 minutes, remove sheet from oven. Carefully toss broccoli on opposite side of sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. (For 4 servings, leave potatoes roasting and add broccoli to a second baking sheet; roast on middle rack.) • Return to top rack until potatoes are golden brown and broccoli is tender, 15-20 minutes more.

• While veggies roast, pat pork* dry with paper towels; season all over with salt, then coat with as much Steak Spice as will stick. • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes per side. TIP: If crust begins to brown too quickly, reduce heat to medium. • Turn off heat; transfer pork to a cutting board. Wipe out pan.

• Heat a drizzle of olive oil in same pan over medium heat. Add minced onion; cook, stirring, until softened and lightly browned, 3-4 minutes. • Stir in stock concentrate and ¼ cup water (1⁄3 cup for 4 servings). Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly reduced, 2-3 minutes. • Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until combined. Season generously with pepper.

• Toss broccoli with lemon zest. • Thinly slice pork crosswise. • Divide pork, potatoes, and broccoli between plates. Spoon pan sauce over pork. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Pork is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 145°.
The flavor from the steakhouse rub combined with the creamy onion gravy was a knockout. The cook time on the potatoes didn't seem long enough and the cook time for the thinner chops was definitely too long. The broccoli was the only miss for us, even with the lemon it felt bland and like an afterthought.
This recipe is delicious! I loved the seasoning on the pork chops and the Creamy Pan Sauce added the perfect flavors to the dish. The potatoes and lemony broccoli were the perfect side dishes. I highly recommend this one and will get it again if offered.
Pork chop quality was superb and the lemon zest on the broccoli really brighter up the flavor! Potatoes came out crispy on the outside and creamy inside, using tip to heat the preheat the pan helped a lot. I was expecting the sauce to be a bit thicker though. Maybe I could let it reduce longer next time. Overall great flavor and fam favorite for sure.
Very impressed with the broccoli, I normally don't get excited when I see that as a side, but the roasting with lemon made it very tasty. The steakhouse sauce on the pork chops is phenomenal.
I skipped the onions because I'm allergic but the rest of the ingredients/recipe was spot on! The steak seasoning with the creamy pan sauce really made the dish. I added some paprika to the potatoes and broccoli for a little kick and smoky flavor. Delicious!
Good flavor, but if you are going to say "Steak-house style pork chops", give us better pork chops! way too puny in general and truly not the best quality. I can get 5 2 inch thick good quality pork chops at Sam's Club for under [MASKED].
Sorry I didn't finish my review before I pressed the wrong button. This meal was great. The chops were very and tender and large. The steakhouse spices brought the taste to new heights and the sauce definitely put it over the top. Just plain great.
The steak seasoning for the pork was very tasty and I loved the pan sauce! The lemony broccoli was also fantastic!
Yum, yum, YUM! Love this recipe, by far my favorite way to have pork chops! Sauce is simple but flavorful and delicious. Perfect with roasted broccoli and potatoes!
I'm not a huge pork fan but like to have it once in awhile to see if there's a type I like (bbq pulled or carnitas make that list). This was pretty tasty. Honestly under the pretty devine onion sauce the meat could just as easily have been chicken. Sauce also fabulous on the potatoes though I was a bit of a purist with the classic lemon broccoli. The dry rub for the chops was also delicious.
