Wash and dry produce.
Trim and discard root end from lettuce; roughly chop into bite-size pieces. Cut tomato into ¼-inch-thick wedges.

Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes.

Meanwhile, toss lettuce, tomato, dressing, and a drizzle of olive oil (large drizzle for 4 servings) in a large bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with as much hot sauce as you like. Stir in water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency.

Wrap pitas in damp paper towels; microwave until warm and pliable, 30-60 seconds. Halve pitas; gently pull apart to create pockets.
Fill pita pockets with chicken and as much salad as you like. Drizzle with as much spicy mayo as you like. Serve with any remaining salad on the side.
Messy to eat, but very tasty. The dark meat chicken was perfect. We also added thinly sliced cucumber and halved grape tomatoes. We used our own dressing because we don't like green goddess. This would have been very good with tzatziki sauce.
Very tasty and my husband loved the spices. So easy to prepare and healthy also. We will order again. One problem I had was it didn't say what to do with the green goddess so I mixed it into mayo
Yummy! Another winner. Very easy to throw together. I baked the pita for a few minutes instead of microwaving, and it was way tastier.
Great taste and flavor. May be better with Persian cucumbers, pepitas and a bit of feta and dill sauce. Really good spicy mayo, added whole packet
This would be four stars with more flavor. Not enough sauce to drizzle over leaving the Pita Pockets dry. With a sauce the chicken was cooked in, this would be great.
This is one of my new favorites! The green goddess dressing added just the right flavor & the pitas were so soft.
The green goddess dressing and mix of spicy mayo was way better than zi thought. A great combo of flavor!
Combination of the ingredients were awesome but the pita bread didn't hold them well together. Pita could be a little thicker.
Really good! Loved the flavors. Im not sure how to get the pita to be soft though. I followed the instructions and it was still a little hard.
One of the best pita pocket combinations. Its exceedingly simple, but anything with Greek Goddess dressing automatically becomes excellent
