This was something new for me. I never thought to mix preserve with French cream. My husband and I were addicted to the mix of Gouda, prosciutto and cream. The sweet and salty mix, genius!!
I loved how quick and easy this was to throw together on a weekday morning. I put it all on one big plate and all three of us munched together. The apricot spread was really good!
So easy to add to the breakfast brunch and the cheese goes so well with the meats and sauces.
Really enjoyed this super easy breakfast. I heated the pita in the oven this is delicious. More than enough for two.
Gouda had little flavor, the apricot jam was overly sweet, the pita was dry and gross. The prosciutto was only mediocre. The apples were good at least.
You need to add more prosciutto and dressing ingredients to proportional balance with the other ingredients
Big hit at a recent family gathering and very easy to put together. Fun combination of flavors.
I made this for myself and my work partner. We could have licked the bowl!
Great to have on hand for holiday guests that drop by
Just put this together this morning and it was great.
