• Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. • Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid. In oven-ready tray, combine chicken, orzo, beans and their liquid, stock concentrates, oregano, garlic powder, cream cheese, and 1⁄4 cup water (for 4 servings, divide between two trays, using 1⁄4 cup water for each tray). Drizzle mixture with olive oil.

• Cover chicken orzo bake with foil and bake on top rack until chicken is fully cooked and bake is bubbling, 30-35 minutes (for 4 servings, place two trays side by side on top rack).

• Meanwhile, crush pistachios in their package. In a small bowl, combine green goddess dressing, 1 TBSP olive oil, and 1 TBSP water (2 TBSP olive oil and 2 TBSP water for 4 servings). Taste and season with a pinch of salt.

• Carefully remove foil from chicken orzo bake (watch out for steam!); stir. Taste and season with salt and pepper. • Top with feta and crushed pistachios. Drizzle with green goddess sauce. Divide between plates or shallow bowls; serve with chili flakes on the side.
This was actually an enjoyable dish. The aluminum tray was super convenient and aided in easy cleanup. I put it right into the recycling bin once the tray was empty. A little more Green Goddess dressing would have been nice for people like me who enjoy a lot of dressing. I customized the recipe and used double the meat. I don't think I'd do that in the future. Lastly, once I put the nuts and feta in top, I popped it back into the oven to toast it for a couple of minutes and let the feta melt a little. Definitely added a certain little something to the dish that made it a bit better.
Definitely a keeper! I liked the prep - it was very easy to split the ingredients between two trays, then stir and bake. The seasoning was good and the whole dish was tasty. Too many beans for me, I subbed a vegetable.
Overall fast and easy and would make it again, but please update times to be more accurate. Put together 1 casserole as quickly as possible and it still took 10 minutes. Much of this time was opening packets. At 35 minutes of cooking chicken was still raw. Maybe chicken and pasta could have been done in 45 minutes, but it took an hour to get chicken to temperature. Don't waste time with making a "drizzle", just add the pinch of salt to the casserole and dollop dressing and drizzle olive oil on directly when serving. But dressing doesn't seem like any "green goddess" dressing I'm familiar with and doesn't really go, so could just skip that entirely. Make meal more sustainable by allowing customers to check option to receive aluminum pans, but make this optional as many will have casserole dishes at home.
One of the easiest, yet tastiest recipes I have ever gotten from Hello Fresh. Loved it, pan included.
Can't think of anything other than I added onion powder and dried thyme to amp up the spices. LOVE this process of throwing everything together in pan you provided. Also added a little of the red pepper to the dish in first part so that it cooked in--not discernably spicy from doing this but helped flavor. Took a few minutes longer to cook and maybe add a little more water next time.
I loved that you could just throw it together. Easy clean up. Tasty. Green goddess sauce made a difference. I do wish there was a way to filter recipes based on allergens. For this one I was happy that I could just remove the pistachios. Also lucky the pack with the nuts didn't open up and contaminate everything
This was great. I liked that you are trying new things. I have been a customer for years, and I get a rut of ordering the same meals. So, keep innovating.
Excellent taste but took much longer to bake than the recipe said.
Loved the different textures, with the addition of the pistachios. I think the bean to chicken ratio was off, it felt like a lot of beans and barely any chicken. Loved all the flavors and how quick and zero cutting I had to do. I don't always like so simple, but this was a good one for sure.
Good flavor, but the cook time is way off. It took more like 45 min to an hour to get it up to temp and have the chicken and orzo fully cooked.
