Loved the flavors of the creamy sauce and the bonus of the fried egg! I do feel it needed something else like a vegetable or protein. Portion was on the smaller side.
This is a compliment, NOT a complaint! I have never had gochujang before and was worried I wouldn't like it. OMG! I LOVED IT! Be adventurous, try things. Their recipes are very well thought out. Please more recipes with that sauce.
We will get this recipe again. The egg on top was so tasty and I never thought I could cook a dish like this! Instructions were spot-on and it turned out absolutely delicious!!
I honestly didn't know what to expect with the mix of Korean sauces and cheese. But it was quite good! Especially with the cucumber. I also got the vegetable spring rolls as my freebie for this week and it was a great side!
Big hit in our house and super easy to make. We added an extra egg for some more protein.
Absolutely delicious!!!!!!!! This is the reason why I got Hello Fresh. To taste new and different recipes. This was so good.
Wow wow wow. I was concerned that the portions were too small but the meal is so savory and filling- it was perfect.
While the flavors were good, the portion size of the noodles for 2 people/servings was on the small side. While we are thankful to the meal kits to help reduce food waste and help control our appetites with smaller portions, we did still feel hungry after this meal. It did feel more of an appetizer amount. We both shared about 5 bites worth and it was gone. I would say my only suggestion is to add more of the noodles. The sauce that already accompanies it will surely suffice.
I really wanted to love this one and was excited to try it. The flavors were good but there was soooo much sauce. Way too much. I did use all of the gochujang, which definitely added to having too much sauce, but flavor wise was necessary.
I added a little sesame oil and it ramped up the flavors more.
