Our iconic firecracker sauce—creamy, spicy, sweet, and savory—elevates tender turkey meatloaves to delicious new heights. The loaves are glazed with an umami-rich soy-ginger sauce and roasted alongside broccoli and zucchini. A final drizzle of firecracker sauce completes the meal.

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

Prep
1

• Adjust rack to middle position (top and middle positions for 4 servings) and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces if necessary. Trim and halve zucchini lengthwise; lay flat and cut on a diagonal into 1⁄2-inch pieces. • Toss broccoli and zucchini on one side of a baking sheet with a large drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. (For 4, spread veggies out across entire sheet.) TIP: For easier cleanup, line baking sheet with foil before adding veggies.

Form Meatloaves
2

• In a medium bowl, gently combine turkey*, garlic powder, panko, stock concentrate, half the stir-fry sauce, 1 TBSP water (2 TBSP for 4 servings), salt, and pepper. • Form into two 1-inch-tall loaves (four loaves for 4).

Swap in beef* for turkey.

Roast Meatloaves & Veggies
3

• Place meatloaves on opposite side of baking sheet from veggies; brush tops of meatloaves with remaining stir- fry sauce. (For 4 servings, place meatloaves on a second baking sheet.) • Roast on middle rack until meatloaves are cooked through and veggies are browned and tender, 22-25 minutes. (For 4, roast veggies on top rack and meatloaves on middle rack, swapping rack positions halfway through.)

Finish & Serve
4

• While meatloaves and veggies roast, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, ponzu, 1 tsp water (2 tsp for 4 servings), salt, and pepper. • Divide meatloaves and veggies between plates; drizzle meatloaves with as much firecracker sauce as you like. Serve with any remaining firecracker sauce on the side.

Ground Meat is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 160°.

The meatloaves and sauce were absolutely delicious. The meatloaves were tender and moist. I just wish I'd remembered not to put the zucchini in with everything else. Every time I roast it for as long as your recipes say, it ends up like mush.

This was interesting. Subbed for beef. Don't need to add any salt beyond what is already in the sauces. Had a nice texture. Was still hungry after, so double veggies or a side salad would do well here. Sauce is definitely flavorful enough to season ground turkey and be enjoyable.

My husband really loved this one. It was a bit sweet for my palate, but he's a huge fan of teriyaki and this hit the spot for him. It was also REALLY easy to prepare (esp. compared to several other meals we received). So, all-in-all a definite win.

Took a while to prep. Directions show veggies and meatloaf on same pan. We got the beef and I would recommend cooking beef and veggies separately.

This was absolutely incredible. So flavorful. Every bit of this was delicious. Top 5 for me, and I've been a customer over a year with at least 4 meals a week.

Loved this one. Wish there was more firecracker sauce ... it is great on the veggies, too!

3.5 rounded up. This was pretty good. I wish the loaf had veggies (onion and pepper). I added a bell pepper.
