• Adjust rack to top position (top and middle positions for 4 servings) and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Halve baguettes lengthwise. Thinly slice tomato into rounds. Drain pineapple.

• Place halved baguettes, cut sides up, on a foil-lined baking sheet (for 4 servings, divide between two sheets). Top cut sides of bread with a drizzle of olive oil. • Place mozzarella, pepperoni, sliced tomato, pineapple, marinara, and pesto in separate serving vessels. Present toppings family style with baguettes, cut sides up, and let everyone build their own French bread pizzas. (You’ll bake the pizzas in the next step!)

• Bake French bread pizzas on top rack until bread is toasted and cheese melts, 7-10 minutes. (For 4 servings, bake on top and middle racks, swapping rack positions halfway through.) TIP: If you added any other items to your meal (apps, sides, and/or dessert), you can get started on them now!

• Divide French bread pizzas between plates. Serve with chili flakes on the side. (Don’t forget to serve with any extra items you may have ordered to build out your meal!)
