Cooking Steps

1

Keep frozen or refrigerated until ready to eat.

2

RECOMMENDED: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place bag in pot; cook for 20 minutes, then carefully remove. (Caution: Bag will be very hot.) Cut one corner with scissors and pour into serving bowl.

3

ALTERNATIVELY: Cut one corner of the bag; pour mac and cheese into a microwave-safe container. (Do not microwave in cup.) Cover loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap or a paper towel. Microwave, stirring halfway through, 5-6 minutes. (Caution: Container and mac and cheese will be very hot.)

4

GARLIC BREAD: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place garlic bread on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Separate garlic bread into slices and serve.

We are from New Mexico, and the more Hatch green chile you can use in your recipes the better. This is the BEST mac and cheese, and the green chile makes it amazing. We LOVE this stuff. The garlic bread is great too.

I love green chiles so I had to try this and it is really creamy and delicious with a hint of chiles. Not spicy but flavorful.

Love it!! The peppers in it are a little spicy but not hot. I can't handle spice, but I could handle this. Didn't even need to add salt and pepper. Very filling.

Mac and garlic bread. About as healthy as it tastes and that's perfect.

Partner didn't care for the Mac n cheese at all. He considered it a "white" cheddar Mac even though there wasn't any white cheddar. He thought it was bland too. The garlic bread was good as usual

Loved the sauce, but the pasta was a strange mushy texture. Garlic bread is always good! Not sure we loved the combo though.
