• Wash and dry all produce. • Peel and dice kiwi. Dice tomato. Halve, peel, and thinly slice onion; finely dice a few slices until you have 2 TBSP. Zest and quarter lime. Peel and mince garlic. Halve, core, and thinly slice green pepper crosswise into strips.

• Melt 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4 servings) in a small pot over medium-high heat. Add rice and stir to coat. • Stir in ¾ cup water (1½ cups for 4) and a big pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until rice is tender, 15-18 minutes. • Keep covered off heat until ready to serve.

• Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine kiwi, tomato, diced onion, and a squeeze of lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. • In a small bowl, combine sour cream, half the lime zest, and a pinch of garlic to taste. Stir in water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency. Season with salt and pepper.

• Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add green pepper and sliced onion; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until tender and lightly browned, 6-7 minutes. • Add remaining garlic; cook, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds. Transfer veggies to a plate.

• Heat another drizzle of oil in pan used for veggies over medium-high heat. Add pork*; season with salt and pepper. Using a spatula, press into an even layer. Cook, without stirring, until browned on bottom, 3-4 minutes. • Break up meat into pieces and continue cooking until pork is cooked through, 1-2 minutes more. • Return cooked veggies to pan. Stir in Kikkoman® Less Sodium Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, 1 tsp sugar (1½ tsp for 4 servings), and 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4). Cook until thickened, 1-2 minutes.

• Fluff rice with a fork; stir in remaining lime zest and season with salt. • Divide rice between bowls and top with pork mixture, kiwi salsa, and garlic lime crema. Serve with remaining lime wedges on the side.
Kiwi added a new pop of flavor in the salsa, and lime crema never disappoints! We did substitute a gluten free teriyaki to use with this dish, but found we could get away with far less than the recipe called for, and still maintain the delicious flavor. May test this one again with ground chicken, to save on calories and points (WW plan), but otherwise a very solid dish!
We liked this pork bowl, I have to admit I've never cut up or eaten a kiwi before and I almost omitted it, but glad I didn't. We enjoyed the salsa as part of the bowl. Our main issue with this meal was that there was apparently a hole in the included teriyaki sauce bag, so when we received the food box, the teriyaki sauce was leaking out of the food bag and had ruined the onion and most of the pepper. Luckily I had an onion and some teriyaki sauce at home to be able to prepare the meal. Good recipe though...
We really enjoyed these! Sweet teriyaki with green peppers, onions, jasmine rice, ground pork and the tomato kiwi lime salsa was tasty with the garlic lime crema. Mmmmm!
This recipe perfectly balances a huge punch of flavor from the pork with the relative blandness of the rice. The dish works really well. I do wish there was extra teriyaki sauce when all is said and done.
Loved this bowl and the addition of the kiwi. I never bought kiwi before unless it was for a tropical fruit salad. Kiwis are going to be incorporated into more of my recipes! I'm going to make this dish again!
This is a new favorite that we have made numerous times at home. The Teriyaki sauce is delicious and the addition of kiwi is surprisingly refreshing!
The kiwi salsa was delicious. Will make again for chips and salsa. The browned almost crispy pork gave the meal a awesome flavor. Great recipe.
Best recipe I've tried so far. Next time I will drain the pork to avoid so much grease. But the flavor was great. Unfortunately, the kiwi in my meal package was spoiled so I couldn't use it. I substituted it with green grapes!! Loved it ...
This was very tasty! Loved the tomato, kiwi, onion, lime salsa. The lime crema was very good! It is sweet as well as savory. Only thing missing was a lil heat. This deserves 8 stars.
I really enjoyed how unique this meal was; however, I think that the teriyaki flavor was a little overpowering. The flavor of the kiwi was completely lost but I would order again!
