These lettuce wraps make a perfect light meal for that satisfied-but-not-stuffed feeling. You’ll toss tender, garlicky chicken with creamy lemon-basil dressing and juicy diced tomato, load it all into crisp baby lettuce leaves, then shower with nutty Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Serve it up in a quick 20 minutes!

Easy recipe, loved the flavor, better just to make a salad and increase protein to get full. Lettuce wraps are hard to make when you send the smallest lettuce leafs possible.
Filling was delicious! The choice of the vessel being lettuce was not a good choice. Messy. Did not hold the chicken salad mix well.
While it was very tasty, it wasn't on my favs list. There wasn't enough basil pesto sauce for two servings so we ended up using the whole packet and it was still a little lacking in the flavor department. And adding shredded lettuce to the mixture just overpowered the dish with lettuce.
The small head of baby romaine didn't have enough leaves large enough to do a wrap. We made a salad out of the meal and put it into low carb/high fiber tortillas to create the wraps. My suggestion is to do this as a salad instead of a wrap.
Delicious, the lemon and basil flavors make this so special
YUM! O! Can't say enough good things about this chicken salad. Perfect blend of flavors.
Citrusy and flavorful. Lettuce was fresh and added a nice crunch
So good! Juicy, lite, fresh. We made rice to accompany the wraps, DELICIOUS!
Very tasty. We made this as a salad bowl instead of lettuce wrap. Yummy goodness, as always!
So yummy and creative .... I never would have come up with this recipe on my own !!!
