
Lemony Chickpeas and Burst Tomato Linguine
My inspiration for this recipe came from wanting a simple dish that had pasta and lots of veggies. I didn't want a heavy sauce, but something light and fresh, and making a zucchini salsa for it seemed the answer.
Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.
