Wash and dry produce.
Trim broccoli if necessary.

Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid.
Heat sesame oil in a large pan (large pot for 4 servings) over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and chicken; stir to combine, 20-30 seconds. Cover pan, then cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender and chicken is fully cooked, 4-6 minutes.
Turn off heat. (You’ll add more to the pan in Step 4.)

Meanwhile, gently massage rice in package to separate grains; partially open package. Microwave until heated through, about 90 seconds. (For 4 servings, microwave both packages together for 2-3 minutes). TIP: Microwave times may vary. Be careful handling and opening pouch.
Transfer rice to a medium bowl. Add garlic-ginger scallion paste; stir to evenly combine.

Add General Tso’s sauce and half the Sriracha to pan with broccoli and chicken; stir until everything is combined and sauce is warmed through, 15-20 seconds.
Divide rice between bowls. Top with broccoli and chicken. Garnish with sesame seeds, wonton strips, and remaining Sriracha to taste. Serve.
