Preheat oven to 400°. Place garlic bread on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Cut garlic bread into slices.
Empty contents of salad kit into a large bowl; drizzle with as much dressing as you like, then toss to evenly coat.
Serve salad with garlic bread on the side.
This salad and dressing mix was outstanding. We scraped the bowl with this and normally I don't even eat much salad. Please make this available more often!

The bread is splendid. The salad comes across as more of a slaw...would have liked more greens and crunchy toppings.
Salad was more like a coleslaw than I was expecting and the avocado ranch flavor didn't really come through as much as I expected. Garlic bread was pretty good.
Everything was perfectly paired together, but dried corn is an odd topping. A dried red pepper topping would complete the salad better.
There really wasn't enough dressing. I had to add about 2 T more for a nice coating. Otherwise it was tasty.
