Cooking Steps
Keep refrigerated until ready to eat; best if used within 7 days.
Empanadas OVEN: Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place empanadas on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake on middle rack until golden brown, 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through. (Note: Oven times may vary.) AIR FRYER: Coat an air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange empanadas side by side in basket (you may have to work in batches). Air fry at 375 degrees until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
Bagel Dogs OVEN: Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove plastic and place bagel dogs on prepared sheet; bake on middle rack until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. (Note: Oven times may vary.) MICROWAVE: Microwave bagel dogs on a microwave-safe plate until cooked through, 30 seconds for 4 bagel dogs and 75 seconds for 12 bagel dogs. Do not overheat.

Made the bagel dogs in the oven, they were good. Made the empanadas in the air fryer, they seemed dry and not as flavorful as I would've thought. We all said they were just "ok".
Made for Super Bowl. Bagels dogs were a crowd favorite. Empanadas were too much dough and not enough filling. Threw most of them out.
The bagel dogs were great! The empenadas were not very good. They had so much basil in them that every bite was perfumy from the herbs.
