Oat Lattes & Cold Coffees: Serve over ice and enjoy!

Spinach & Feta Egg Bites: Microwave: Open plastic packaging slightly to vent. With egg bite in packaging, microwave until heated through, 40-60 seconds. Toaster Oven: Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees. Remove egg bite from plastic packaging and place in toaster oven until heated through, 5-10 minutes

Mylk Labs Oatmeal: Shake to evenly distribute. Remove lid and film. Add boiling water (or milk, for creaminess) to cover the oats by ½ inch. Cover with lid and let stand for 3 minutes. Stir well and enjoy! If you like your oatmeal sweeter, drizzle with maple syrup.
