Tender pasta pillows are good in any form, but they’re especially great when packed with sweet butternut squash purée. Luckily, you can now have them anytime you want! Follow our recipe suggestion and pair them with a lemony browned butter sauce with chopped fresh herbs, or get creative with your own accoutrements. You really can’t go wrong. 9 ounce
Butternut Squash Agnolotti
(Contains: Eggs, Milk, Wheat)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add agnolotti and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until agnolotti are al dente and floating to the top, 3-5 minutes. Drain.
Recipe suggestion (additional ingredients not included): Melt 4 TBSP butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook, without stirring, until foamy on top and flecked with amber brown bits, 2-3 minutes. Stir in 1 tsp chopped fresh sage or thyme leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice. Add cooked agnolotti and stir until coated. Season with salt and pepper.
I made these with a creamy roasted pepper parmesan sauce! I love the sweetness from the squash omg. So easy and delicious
Very easy to cook, loved the visual cue of floating to the top once finished cooking. Served with sauteed spinach and brown butter sauce and LOVED it.
Perfect balance between sweet and savory. Best butternut squash pasta I've ever had.
Loved them! The pasta was delicious with enough ground nuts, ricotta, and butternut squash folded in the pasta noodle to encourage me to buy this package age!
The flavor of the butternut squash was not there. It came across as an almost sweet flavor but with none of the butternut squash taste. I made it with broccoli, veggie sausage, onion, and cherry tomatoes. I enjoyed this pasta very much, I just couldn't get any squash flavor.
A winner. I served it over a baby butter bean soup made with chopped carrots, celery, onion and petite diced tomatoes.
Butternut squash filling was super silky and the flavor wasn't too prominent, which I actually enjoyed. Would definitely order this again.
These were absolutely amazing! The filling was sweet and savory at the same time! Add a little melted butter and it was even better!
These are yummy and very plump. I made a brown butter sauce then topped the agnolotti with shaved parmesan. Delicious!
These have a really great flavor and the butternut squash is my favorite of all their raviolis.
