There’s nothing more comforting than a warm, hearty bowl of chowder. Not just any chowder will do, though—this rich and creamy corn chowder happens to be extra special (all 30 ounces of it)! For smoky depth of flavor, we’ve seasoned this chowder with our signature Southwest Spice Blend and paired it with soft garlic bread for dunking. The best part? All you have to do is heat it up and grab a spoon! One slurp will have you bowled over. Nutrition values are representative of a 1/2 bundle serving.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
RECOMMENDED: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place sealed bag in pot; cook for 20 minutes, then carefully remove. (Caution: Bag will be very hot.) Cut one corner with scissors and pour into a serving bowl.
MICROWAVE ALTERNATIVE: Cut one corner of the bag; pour chowder into a microwave-safe container. (Do not microwave in cup.) Cover loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap or a paper towel. Microwave on high, stirring halfway through, 5-6 minutes. (Caution: Container and chowder will be very hot.)
Place garlic bread on a lightly-oiled baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Separate garlic bread into slices and serve.
Tbh, when I opened the soup package, I didn't have high hopes as the soup seemed very mealy. But once it was heated up, it was creamy and had some good spice/heat to it. The garlic bread was a great addition and it all ate so well together. On the downside, it was a wee bit too salty for me - maybe adding the bacon tipped it a little. But I recognize I'm a bit sensitive to that.
Delicious. I usually rush through weekday lunch (or don't have it at all) but the combination of soup and garlic bread made it feel like I was doing something nice for myself but it hardly took any time at all.
Tasty, not too spicy, garlic bread is perfect. We like this combo for a light dinner
It's got heat like the gumbo. Fire and delicious. Looks like they even seared the corn before adding. Equal parts beans and corn I'd say but tasted great anyways.
Both of these items were AMAZING! I toasted the bread in the air fryer and it came out perfect.
Best soup I ever had! The flavoring was out of this world. The mix of all the ingredients was so delicious
1/2 for supper and the rest for lunch the next day...nice corn chowder.
Added sour cream, salt & pepper and a bit of hot sauce. Really tasty.
You need to make it clear that the corn chowder includes bacon among its ingredients. One of us here is okay with occasional pork, but another absolutely is not. Didn't know until I was cooking the meal that one of us couldn't join in on it.
Loved this chowder. My husband thought it was too spicy and I would have been fine cutting back the spice a little as the level was unexpected in a corn chowder.
