RECOMMENDED: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place bag in pot; cook for 20 minutes, then carefully remove. (Caution: Bag will be very hot.) Cut one corner with scissors and pour into a serving bowl.
MICROWAVE ALTERNATIVE: Cut one corner of the bag; pour soup into a microwave-safe container. (Do not microwave in cup.) Cover loosely with microwave-safe plastic wrap or a paper towel. Microwave, stirring halfway through, 5-6 minutes. (Caution: Container and soup will be very hot.)
The description says it's regular cream corn but what I received said it was southwestern style cream corn. It was good but I was confused about why either I was sent something different than what I ordered or why the description didn't mention it being a spicier version.
What I received did not look like what was pictured. The picture shows corn with cheese on top in a creamy base. What I received was more like tex-mex style street corn. It tastes OK, but I'm a bit disappointed.
Good flavor, looks awful in the bag. When cooked looks much better lots of whole corn kernels.
Excellent and can be used with so many different types of meals
You should label this Southwestern Creamed Corn, since that is how it is labeled.
