Cauliflower Curry Cups
Flavors were decent but the cauliflower ended up with way too much moisture in it for my preference. It was just kinda wet and soggy. I ended up dumping it in a frying pan until crispy and then adding the veggie curry mix.
These were good. I went to the kitchen and love website and ordered some of their quinoa cups, which were much better. These are a great lunch option when I'm in the office; the cups even come with their own little spoon.
Not bad for prepackaged food. They were too greasy/oily, but the flavor was good and the packaging made it easy to grab and go.
Calorie count was my favorite part of this dish. I appreciated that it was easy to make (and even included a fork). The flavor was not what I'd expected it would be.
Quick and easy lunch. The vinegar taste was strong. I would have liked more curry flavor.
The taste was a bit off putting due to added artichoke
Too low in calories to last to next meal. Ok for a snack. Tasted fine.
These are actually way better than they look or seem. I even ate it cold.
Healthy with great flavor, and easy for lunch at work.
