This comforting cobbler may be mini in size, but it sure is mighty in flavor. A layer of sweet berry filling is covered with a fluffy crumb topping for tantalizing textural contrast. When you want to dig in, all you have to do is...nothing! Enjoy cold, at room temp, or warmed up in the microwave. (Psst—we highly recommend serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.) Keep frozen or refrigerated until ready to eat; best if used within 7 days. If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator (at 40 degrees) overnight or for 2-3 hours at room temperature before eating. Enjoy cold, at room temperature, or heat in the microwave. MICROWAVE: Remove and discard plastic wrapping. Microwave thawed product until warmed through, 30-45 seconds. Do not overheat.
I was really excited about this cobbler, since I enjoy Hello Fresh desserts. I was disappointed in both the quality and taste. The berry layer was more of a smooshed up berry paste rather than whole berries in thickened juice. The crumb topping was ok, but there was not enough of it.
These are quite messy. The berry sauce was all over the inside of the packaging. They warm up nicely in the microwave. I really wish they had a bit more cobbler topping. It was quite skimpy on the ones we received. Nice with ice cream or whipped cream.
This cobbler was great when we added vanilla ice cream to it. And we decided to bake it instead of microwave it. It made the crust crispy. Without ice cream the cobbler was good just not sweet.
Love your cobblers and cheesecakes! Right size for sweet dish with meal
A nice treat when I'm too lazy or it's too hot to bake cobbler
Just the right amount of sweetness. The berries were delicious. Perfect ending.
Surprisingly a nice little cobbler. I do not use a microwave and so I cooked it in the oven and it worked well.
Like that it's not too sweet. Tart and sweet combo goes a long way
Perfect with some vanilla ice cream on top, especially in these hot summer days. Yum!
My husband LOVES berry anything so these were right up his alley... Great with a little vanilla ice cream too :)
