Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Snowman Cookies: Place cookie dough about 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. (Cookie surface and edges will be pale in color. Do not overbake.) Remove from oven and let cool 1 minute; removing from baking sheet and let cool completely.
Hot Cocoa Rolls: Separate rolls and place in a greased round or square cake pan. Bake until golden brown, 23-27 minutes (chocolate filling will be dark). If using a nonstick pan, bake 1-2 minutes less. Spread with icing. Serve warm.
